MUAY THAI

This isn't your typical "cardio kickboxing" class. You will work one on one with other students and instructors, who will provide coaching and encouragement.

Students are trained in the following areas: 

  • Muay-Thai Strikes (punches, kicks, elbows, and knees) using Thai pads, focus mitts and kick shields.

  • Self Defense techniques (slips, slides, ducks, checks, traps, footwork and movement, etc.) 

  • Intense physical conditioning which includes core (abs), cardio, and upper/lower body strength training. 

Pushing your physical and mental limits can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life! Each class is dedicated to Thai Kickboxing techniques along with physical training. Students work at their own pace, with encouragement from others in the class.
