*Muay Thai Kickboxing Class - 12-week session starts June 2, 2025. Bring your own gloves and shin guards to join. No trial classes for kickboxing during this session.
We offer structured classes, each with a defined curriculum that help you reach your goals. Our culture is to make sure EVERYONE feels comfortable and safe on the mats, no matter the age, fitness level, or gender. Our classes are designed for learning not smashing.
