Our Story
Rooted in tradition, open to everyone
Our Lineage
Part of the BJJ Revolution team
As part of the premier BJJ Revolution team, we proudly follow the lineage of Carlson Gracie, Sr., as passed on by Masters Rodrigo Medeiros and Julio Cesar “Foca” Fernandez. That lineage shows up on the mats every day: honest technique, hard work, and genuine care for every student.
Each instructor readily passes along their experience and knowledge. Every class is geared towards teaching and learning together as we work towards expressing ourselves through concepts and technique.
Everyone feels comfortable and safe
No matter your age, fitness level, or gender, our culture is to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe on the mats. Our classes are designed for learning, not smashing. Beginners are welcomed warmly and training partners look out for each other.
Come join us! Be part of our family as we continue to grow together.
